Project Description

The purpose of this solicitation is to solicit competitive sealed submittals to furnish the CONSTRUCTION OF FIRE STATION 71, located at 33661 CR 473, Leesburg, Florida 34788. for Lake County, Florida. This solicitation is officially posted on the County’s website exclusively. The Contractor shall construct and provide a turn-key Fire Station including connection to existing water service lines and sanitary lines, and connection to the existing power to provide power service to the fire station. The Orlando architectural firm, KTH Architects, has completed the design for this project and will be performing as the Architect of Record.
