Job Summary:
The essential function of the position within the organization is to assist in developing, coordinating, and maintaining the annual budget for the County. The position is responsible for performing financial analyses of trends or sources of revenue, auditing accounts, tracking projects, preparing and maintaining budgets, processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, preparing and maintaining financial statements and reports, and performing related financial and clerical tasks as assigned. The position works under general supervision independently developing work methods and sequences.
This position may be required to assist with emergency support functions in the event of a declared emergency and/or any other emergency duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Any equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered. Requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Public Administration, or a closely related field with two (2) years of related experience.
