Job Summary:
Provides leadership and supervision of assigned crew members in the maintenance of County buildings, building systems and equipment, parks and grounds as assigned. Responsible for training and supervising staff, performing skilled trade(s), maintaining assigned tools and equipment, preparing work records and reports, and ensuring the provision of professional customer service at all times. The position works under general supervision independently developing work methods and sequences. The position is a "hands on" supervisory position which also requires the ability to lift, climb and pull. This position may be required to work nights, holidays and/or weekends.
This position may be required to assist with emergency support functions in the event of a declared emergency and/or any other emergency duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Any equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered. Requires high school diploma or GED, and one year of college or vocational school education in one or more building trade(s) with three (3) years of related experience.
