Job Summary:
The essential function of the position within the organization is to perform duties and tasks as a senior member of the web development team. The position helps establish the direction for web technologies and oversees the integration of new and improved processes for Lake County’s online web presence while performing application design, database integration, server management and web architectural design.
The Senior Web Developer also creates and maintains multiple County websites, provides professional customer service, and performs related technical and administrative duties as required. The position works independently, reporting major activities through periodic meetings.
This position may be required to assist with emergency support functions in the event of a declared emergency and/or any other emergency duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Any equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered. Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer technology, computer programming or another relevant field with two (2) years of related experience.
