Job Summary:
Builds, repairs, and delivers or replaces Lake County’s curbside Bear trash carts for the unincorporated residents of Lake County. Responsible for driving a truck and trailer, operating hand tools, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and performing related work as assigned. Assistance maybe required with other solid waste duties as assigned. The position works with minimal supervision according to set procedures and this job is performed outdoors in all weather conditions.
This position may be required to assist with emergency support functions in the event of a declared emergency and/or any other emergency duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Requires high school diploma, GED, or vocational training with one year of related experience.
Requires a valid Florida CDL B driver's license.
