Job Summary:
Coordinates and supervises the Right-of-Way Section of the Public Works Department, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations, policies and procedures. Responsible for supervising staff, coordinating right-of-way acquisition for all Public Works projects, managing related contracts and agreements, maintaining project, financial and legal records, and performing related administrative, supervisory and technical work as required.
May be required to assist with emergency support functions in the event of a declared emergency and/or any other emergency duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Any equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered. Requires Associate’s Degree in Real Estate, Title Research, Property Appraisal or a closely related field with six (6) years of related experience.
Requires a valid Florida driver’s license.
May be required to possess or obtain technical certification(s) as deemed necessary by supervisor.
