Project Description
This project includes the construction of a new beacon traffic signal for the intersection of County Road 42 and County Road 439 in Umatilla. Construction includes installation of a single mast arm. Signal work will include installation of pull & splice boxes, flashing beacons, illuminated street name signs and pole installation. The other activities include signing and pavement markings.
