Answer 2: Yes.
Question 3: I need measurements of the planned project to calculate my numbers. What are the rules for a site visit?
Answer 3: See above.
Question 4: Is there a proposed start date?
Answer 4: To be determined.
Question 5: Are the locates of the target cable and all other adjacent cables the responsibility of the awarded vendor?
Answer 5: Yes
Question 6: Does Lake county have specific preferences for size and type of handholes, splice closures and type of 24F cable?
Answer 6: No
Question 7: Will handhole locations be pre-staked or will locations be based upon the county-provided sketch?
Answer 7: No, determined in the field based on need.
Question 8: What are the designated days and hours for work permitted on the county property?
Answer 8: Work will be performed during regular business hours.
Question 9: Who will be the primary county contact concerning the actual in-progress work including site visits?
Answer 9: For actual in-progress work, the contact will be determined after award. For a pre-award site visit call (352) 267-9515.
Question 10: Any restrictions for construction equipment in the work site area?
Answer 10: No, but any damage shall be repaired

Question 12: Will relocated cable be placed in conduit between handholes or remain direct buried? If conduit, what size is required/preferred?
Answer 12: Yes, install in conduit. Minimum 2" with pull string.
Question 13: What depth is Lake County requiring relocated cable to be buried?
Answer 13: Depth would be per National Electric Code burial depths.
