Job Summary

ASSESSMENT COORDINATOR

Coordinates and maintains County assessment programs and activities to ensure maintenance of special assessment program data to facilitate the accurate and timely creation, completion and maintenance of the County’s annual tax assessment roll in accordance with applicable federal, state and local rules and regulations. This position is responsible for performing data compilation for the maintenance and verification of the accuracy of the assessment rolls. This position is responsible for maintaining special assessment data for fire/rescue and MSBU special assessment programs and providing professional customer service at all times. This position may be required to assist with emergency support functions in the event of a declared emergency and/or any other emergency duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Any equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered. Requires an Associate degree in Finance, Accounting or related field with four (4) years of related experience.
