Job Summary
ASSISTANT LIVE RELEASE COORDINATOR
The essential function of this position is to perform routine-to-moderately complex administrative, secretarial and clerical work in support of effective and efficient office operations. Provides professional and courteous customer service at all times and performs related duties as required. Coordinates with public seeking to adopt pets, coordinates with animal rescue groups, coordinates with outside agencies to place animals for adoption. Organizes adoption events and coordinates with event sponsors. Administers Trap, Neuter, Release Programs, public outreach, and volunteer programs. This position shall be required to assist with emergency support functions in the event of a declared emergency and/or any other emergency duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Any equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered. Requires high school diploma, GED, or vocational training with two (2) years of related experience. Requires a valid Florida driver’s license.
