Job Summary:
The essential function of the position within the organization is to perform technical duties as well as provide customer service associated with Right of Way, Commercial and Residential Driveway permits within the County. Applicants shall be responsible for processing procedures, researching, and determining permit guidelines and requests are met, maintaining accurate and up-to-date permit records and databases, and performing related technical and clerical tasks as assigned. The position works under general supervision according to procedures; decides how and when to complete tasks.
This position shall be required to assist with emergency support functions in the event of a declared emergency and/or any other emergency duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
The County may consider an equivalent combination of education and experience for selected position postings on a year-for-year basis, provided that the education/experience is in a relevant, related, or transferrable knowledge area.
Requires an associate’s degree or equivalent of two years college or vocational school in a related field or comparable years of experience and prefer two (2) years of related/transferable experience.
Requires a valid Florida Driver's License.
