Job Summary:
The essential function of the position is to assist the Survey/Right-of-Way Manager with day-to-day tasks within the organization is to coordinate. Duties include 1) The acquisition of right-of-way (ROW) through donation or purchase for County projects; 2) Appraisal creation and review; 3) Title report creation and review; 4) Deed, easement and right of entry document creation and review; 5) Development Review for right-of-way needs; 6) Property vacation petition coordination; 7) Property closing coordination; 8) Customer interaction; and 9) other related duties. The position is responsible for coordinating all ROW projects and processes with staff, clients and outside professionals; training and providing leadership of subordinate staff as assigned; inspecting properties on the County tax roll to verify accuracy of documentation; preparing records, reports and technical drawings, and performing related administrative and technical work as assigned. The position works independently, reporting major activities through periodic meetings.
This position shall be required to assist with emergency support functions in the event of a declared emergency and/or any other emergency duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Requires associate degree in Real Estate, Title Research, Property Appraisal or a closely related field with four (4) years of related experiences.
Requires a valid Florida driver’s license. Requires completion of the Florida Real Estate Salesperson course within six months of employment.
