Job Summary:
The essential function of the position within the organization is to perform customer service and maintenance duties in support of daily County landfill and Convenience Center operations. The position is responsible for greeting and assisting customers, inspecting waste deliveries, maintaining daily records, and performing other tasks as assigned. The position works with minimal supervision according to set procedures and this job is performed outdoors in all weather conditions.
This position shall be required to assist with emergency support functions in the event of a declared emergency and/or any other emergency duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Any equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered. Requires High School Diploma or GED.
Requires valid Florida Driver’s license.
Requires Hazwoper certification and Spotter certification within six (6) months of employment.
