Steve, I neglected to give you some important information which is, that they cited an accident that occurred October 31, 2007, however, I don’t know if dates have anything to do with this information? (i.e., they did not ask for the timing for that specific date. ) Perhaps this is standard timing and phasing put into effect October 2004 and still in effect? (sorry I left the reference to Oct. 31^st out)

The city has received a request for information related to the intersection of SR 19 and Lakeshore Blvd. the request is for  “sequence of traffic light changes to include the times for each one” at that intersection.
