On 11/24/07 we were called out for a Pedestrian Signal pole that was knocked down SR 44 & Main Street. See attached picture. I contacted Leesburg PD and Lake County Sheriff’s Office for a police report. The only report filed was from Lake County Sheriff’s Office that they contacted Lake County Public Works after the fact. They did not have suspect.

 

We received a quote from our continuing services contractor for $4,307.

 

As this is beyond our normal maintenance, we will send you an invoice for reimbursement when the pole is replaced.
