Hi Jason,

Below is the correspondence I have recently had with a potential representative (middle man) in Iran.  He is asking for a price quote on our equipment to be used in the sugar industry to measure the sugar and water content flowing through a pipe.  This is a common application world-wide that we are very familiar with.  Our current customers with this application include U.S. Sugar (Clewiston, FL) as well as American Sugar (Yonkers, NY and New Orleans, LA).

Any direction on if I should proceed with further business discussions?  I am very cautious with issues that may be present in regards to Iran…..

We are working with many suppliers around the world and we have many customers with different money expenses then we need to find inline instruments with wide range of price.
We are Maselli Misure agent in Iran from 2010 but after 1 year embargo affected money exchange in Iran and now Maselli's instruments is expensive for my customers.
We are 25 year automatin company in Iran and we have over 600 customer.
