Am I suppose to register Comm. Conner or has this been taken care of?

I have emailed them the Chairman’s name and Commissioner Cadwell’s name.  The link that was in the email to register never worked.  I am waiting to hear back from Sharon or Simone next week. 

Commissioner Cadwell has confirmed that he will attend so that will take care of the one room and I believe Commissioner Conner will use one of the rooms as well.  I haven’t heard back from Commissioner Campione yet.  Adam, are you taking care of the registration?

OK, since I haven’t gotten a definite confirmation from Comm. Cadwell yet or had a response from Comm. Campione, and I don’t want them to miss out on getting a room if they’ll need it, I’ve booked 3 rooms (non-smoking, king bed) for the night of Jan 21^st.  I’ve booked all under Comm. Cadwell’s name and am holding them on his Pcard.  We can cancel if we need to or change the room’s to different names/credit cards when we learn exactly who is going – this was the easiest for now.  The rooms need to be cancelled one day prior to arrival by 4pm in order to avoid a penalty.  I spoke with Gloria.

We need to email that they plan to attend then they will run the pre-screening then send out the formal invite. 

Adam, I’ve got an inquiry in to Commissioner Cadwell to be sure he plans to attend and whether or not he requires a room.  It doesn’t look like they’ve received the official invite yet?

Commissioner Cadwell just emailed me that he would like to attend as well.  We will work with Jodi and Andrea to get you both registered.

Good afternoon Chairman and Commissioners,

 

We have received notice that a Lake County business has be selected for the Governor’s Export Excellence Award for 2013.  The company is Electron Machine Corporation located in Umatilla.  C.A. Vossberg, President of Electron Machine, will be attending the event to accept the award.  Since our office nominated them for the award we have received an invitation to attend as well.  If you would like to attend we need to RSVP as soon as possible due to the limited seating and the pre-screening process. The awards reception will be held at the Governor’s Mansion at 5:30 p.m. on January 21, 2014. 

 

We are very excited for Electron Machine and the Vossberg family.  This is a well-deserved honor for them.  Please note the last paragraph in the email below that states we cannot say anything until the Governor has made the official announcement.  If you have any questions please let us know.
